We want you to love your kitchen gear, so we offer a 45-day trial period on all Made In products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide free returns and easy exchanges for all orders within the contiguous United States.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
